I'd like to play EvE pre-Trinity again. Even though the old textures were much lower res, I actually liked their style better. Everything is too clean now, and too much greeble.

I think a large % of total capacitor, as a cost, would be the way to go. Or some other mechanic to make this not abusable in PvP.
